Our story
FERMÀT started from a simple observation: brands had more data than ever, but very little ability to turn that data into better customer experiences quickly.
Our founders, Rishabh Jain and Shreyas Kumar, saw this problem firsthand while working at LiveRamp. Companies could understand more about how people behaved online, but acting on that understanding still required too many disconnected tools, too much manual analysis, and too many engineering cycles. The gap between insight and action was still too wide.
FERMÀT was built to close that gap.
Today, FERMÀT is the AI-native commerce platform helping leading brands move from behavioral insight to recommended action to generated experience to measurable outcome. Our platform analyzes shopper behavior, identifies where revenue is at risk, recommends what should change, generates new shopping paths, and feeds performance data back into the system so teams can keep improving.
That closed loop matters.
