Fermat Commerce, Inc. (“Fermat”) uses certain third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to support the delivery of our Dashboard, Funnels, analytics tools, and related Services. These Subprocessors may process Customer Personal Data on our behalf.
This list is provided in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”). We may update this list from time to time. As described in the DPA, Customers will receive advanced notice of new Subprocessors before they begin processing Customer Personal Data.

How We Select Subprocessors
Fermat evaluates Subprocessors for:
- Security controls and compliance
- Data handling practices
- Reliability and performance
- Contractual data protection obligations
Each Subprocessor is bound by a written agreement requiring protections consistent with Fermat’s DPA.
Updates to this List
If we add or replace a Subprocessor, we will:
- Update this page, and
- Provide advance notice to Customers as required under the DPA.
If a Customer objects to a new Subprocessor, they may follow the process outlined in the DPA.
