FERMÀT Now Supports BigCommerce

BigCommerce brands can now run shoppable experiences on FERMÀT with native cart and checkout.

FERMÀT has supported Shopify since day one, and added Salesforce Commerce Cloud as the platform expanded. But BigCommerce powers thousands of brands, and until now, those brands had no way to use FERMÀT across AI-powered commerce experiences.

Today, BigCommerce brands can connect their store to FERMÀT in minutes and start building. Products sync automatically, cart and checkout work natively, and the full FERMÀT platform is available from day one.

How it Works

OAuth onboarding. BigCommerce brands connect through a standard OAuth flow from the FERMÀT onboarding dashboard. No app installation, no manual credential setup. Authorize, and your store is connected.

Automatic product sync. Once connected, FERMÀT imports your full product catalog — products, variants, images, pricing, and categories. Changes in your BigCommerce store sync continuously, so your FERMÀT experiences always reflect your live catalog.

Native cart and checkout. When a shopper adds a product to their cart on a FERMÀT experience, the cart is created directly in your BigCommerce store. Checkout redirects to your existing BigCommerce checkout flow with your payment setup, shipping rules, and tax configuration intact.

Full platform access. BigCommerce brands get access to the same capabilities as Shopify brands: shoppable landing pages, product detail pages, product funnels, bundles (including Build Your Own Bundle), AI Search, experiments, session recordings, and behavioral analytics.
