Pierre, FERMÀT's AI Copilot, is now the Home Page

For ten years, every commerce dashboard has looked the same. You log in, scan a wall of charts, decide what's anomalous, click into the right report, and start over. Brand managers have been trained to be human SQL interpreters, translating a pile of numbers into a decision before lunch. That model assumes someone has time to look. Most operator teams don't.

Today FERMÀT replaces the data-first home page with Pierre, FERMÀT's AI copilot. When you open the dashboard, you don't see KPI tiles. You see Pierre, ready to answer the question you came in with. Pierre is already pulling on the same data your team built reports against, including test performance, session recordings, AI search citation count, and behavioral anomalies, and now it's all addressable through a single conversation.

How Pierre Works as Your Home Page

Ask the question you actually have. "Where did mobile checkout drop last week?" or "What's the top performer from this month's tests?" Pierre answers in plain language and surfaces the supporting session recordings, heatmaps, and result cards inline.

Action items already waiting. When you log in, Pierre proactively surfaces what changed: new AI search opportunities, anomalies with severity, and your weekly performance report. Each has a one-click path into the chat that explains it.

Build, don't just analyze. Ask Pierre to spin up a new test, draft a landing page for a bundle launch, or generate a quiz module, and it takes the first cut. The "Explore what you can do" tray lists ten capabilities that used to live behind nav menus.

The full dashboard is still there. Every existing dashboard page stays one click away in the left sidebar. Pierre is the front door, not a wall around the rest of the product.

Use Cases

Triaging a sudden conversion drop. Your CVR is down 14% on mobile and you have 20 minutes before standup. You log in, ask Pierre what changed, and within seconds you have the affected pages, segment cuts, and three session recordings pulled up.

Reviewing a launch the morning after. A new product dropped last night. Instead of opening five dashboards, you ask Pierre "how did the new launch perform?" and get pacing vs forecast, channel mix, and any flagged anomalies.

Building without leaving the chat. A merchandiser wants a quiz experience for the spring collection. They ask Pierre to build one, iterate on the questions inside the chat, and ship it without ever opening the editor manually.

Reviewing the week without a meeting. Ask Pierre for the weekly performance highlights, what's outside expected ranges, and what to watch next week, all in one back-and-forth.

Availability

Pierre as the dashboard home page is live for all FERMÀT customers as of April 24, 2026. Existing dashboard navigation and reporting all remain available from the left sidebar. Read the full setup and capability docs in the Help Center.
